Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd (LON:CGH) confirmed it has executed its proposed debt-for-equity swap, for a US$22.22mln loan from its largest shareholder Labro Investments. The transaction sees 62.38mln new shares issued to Labro.

BlueRock Diamonds PLC (LON:BRD) resources for its Kareevlei diamond mine in the Kimberley region of South Africa are now 10,368,300 net tonnes of ore with a 53% increase in net carats to 516,200.

Bushveld Minerals (LON:BMN) has said it expects to produce around 13%-20% more vanadium in 2021 than in 2020. Group production for 2021 is projected to be between 4,100mln tonnes of vanadium (mtV) and 4,350 mtV  weighted towards the second half of the year

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources PLC (LON:CGNR) has announced further gold discoveries on its Glenish gold licence in Ireland. In a statement, Conroy said it had identified a new gold-in-soil anomaly and a new gold mineralised outcrop indicating an extension of the Glenish gold target.

Power Metal Resources PLC’s (LON:POW) Australian joint venture Red Rock Australasia (RRAL) has started groundwork on its tenements near Ballarat in the Victoria Goldfields. RRAL was granted exploration permits at three licences earlier this week covering 215 sq km.

Oriole Resources PLC (LON:ORR) has been awarded five new licences in Central Cameroon. The explorer highlighted that the new acreage alongside three other licences awarded to Oriole’s partner Reservoir Minerals Cameroon represents a contiguous, district-scale land package.

Galantas Gold Corporation (LON:GAL) has reached a formal agreement with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) which can allow blasting to take place at the Omagh gold mine. Expansion of blasting is necessary if the Omagh mine is to achieve full commercial production it said.

AEX Gold Inc (LON:AEXG) (CVE:AEX) revealed results from its 2020 exploration campaign at the Kangerluluk property within the Nuna Nutaaq licence in Greenland. The Kangerluluk gold prospect lies 120 kilometres northeast of AEX’s Nalunaq project and within the wider Nanortalik gold belt.

Trident Royalties PLC (LON:TRR)(FSX:5KV) received a total of US$291,832 in royalty payments during the fourth quarter of 2020. The income came from the iron ore royalty on Koolyanobbing, and from the Mimbula copper project.
